Leasing Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leasing operations and providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.

Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

Utilize AppFolio software for maintenance requests, and tenant communications.

Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism, employing effective conflict management skills.

Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties and enhance occupancy rates.

Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant issues and ensure timely move ins and move outs.

Provide administrative support related to leasing operations, maintaining records and collections.

Requirements

Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred.

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to upsell properties effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes professionally and able to prioritize task.

Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
