Graphic Designer with Customer Service Experience

SingSingSign is a retail print shop specializing in high-quality large format printing services. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with customer service experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Design and prepare graphic files for large format printing (banners, signs, posters, etc.)

Assist customers with design inquiries, provide guidance, and bring their creative ideas to life

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish

Ensure designs meet production specifications and quality standards

Handle retail sales and recommend print products to customers

Manage multiple design projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

Qualifications:

Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Knowledge of various printing mediums and large format print production

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Retail or sales experience is a plus

Spanish speaking preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay at $17 per hour

Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts

Weekdays only – no weekends

After a 1-2 month probation period, bonus commissions will be applied
