Helper Wanted in Pickleball and Tennis Court Construction

The Whalen Company, based out of Asheville, NC is looking for a hard working individual to assist in building premier athletic courts for clubs throughout the greater Asheville area.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with a team, takes pride in what they do, and enjoys trying something new!

As this is a construction related field, please be aware that you will be expected to be able to move and lift up to 80 pounds when necessary. For daily travel, we generally drive (0.5-1.5 hours) to job sites. For this, you do not have to drive your own vehicle. Work vehicles are provided. We do ask that you have transportation to get to and from our warehouse.

Whether or not you have much experience in playing racquet sports or building courts, that is completely okay. Training will be paid and provided from day one.

Starting pay= $18.00 w/ eligibility for a raise after 3 months. Pay is bi-weekly. The average work week can range from 30-60 hours depending on weather. Work begins at 8 AM (M-F).
