window installation crew

Looking for top notch quality installers who take pride in their work and are willing to listen and learn. Must have tools and experience working in homes, with framing , trim, aluminum brake, caulking, level. Must be a good problem solver. Need a Truck and possibly a trailer, Miter saw, nail guns, screw gun. Must be easy to get along with. Good communication skills is a must. Prefer knowledge installing wood windows with interior trim.
