Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging and manufacturing products, managing inventory, printing orders, and shipping and fulfilling Shopify orders. You will play a key role in maintaining a streamlined work environment and ensuring that every order is packaged and shipped within the same day it is received.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Manufacturing:

Package products accurately and efficiently.

Assist in the manufacturing of products as required.

Inventory Management:

Count and verify inventory levels.

Organize finished products to ensure efficient storage and accessibility.

Order Processing:

Print and verify orders for accuracy.

Ship and fulfill Shopify orders, ensuring that every order is packaged and shipped on the same day it is received.

General Warehouse Duties:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly lift items weighing between 25-50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.

Requirements

Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.

Ability to set up direct deposit/payroll with no issues related to banks or receiving payments.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a demonstrated commitment to meeting daily deadlines.

Working Conditions

Must be comfortable with frequent lifting (25-50 lbs)

Work is performed in a warehouse setting with adherence to safety standards.

Fast-paced work environment requiring efficient, same-day order fulfillment.
