Purchasing Asst. / Data Entry Position - Entry Level

mall Distribution / Manufacturing Company seeking experienced, reliable, hard working, honest and skilled person to join our team.

Job Requirements:

- Fluent English

- Strong computer skills

- Experience in the distribution business a plus

- Strong communication skills

- Good people skills / work well with others

- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

Duties include:

- Answer phones

- Enter orders into computer system

- Contact Customers and Vendors to resolve any questions

- detail-oriented

- Maintain a neat, clean organized environment

- Purchase product

- Drop Ship orders to customers

- Paid sick time, vacation time and holidays
