Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

Check guests in and out efficiently

Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries

Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts

Provide local recommendations and assist with guest requests

Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments

Handle any guest concerns with professionalism and care

Requirements:

️ Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred

️ Strong communication and multitasking skills

️ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

️ Proficiency with computers and reservation systems (training provided)
