Targeted Hourly Pay Range: Minimum of $20.00 to a maximum of $25.00Student Exploration and Experience Development (SEED) is a 12-week internship opportunity at Veolia for students to gain hands-on experience in sustainability and ecological transformation. They will work on real-world projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and participate in workshops and networking events. The program aims to nurture talent, promote innovation, and foster meaningful connections between students and industry professionals. Overall, the SEED program provides students with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to make a positive impact in the industry.Program Dates: June 2, 2025 to August 22, 2025.POSITION PURPOSE: As an intern in the Digital Business & Technology - SIB Program Management Office, the Project Management Intern will learn to manage a work stream of Veolia’s digital transformation program, learning and applying Agile methodology and DevOps principles. The position will provide support in establishing the project charter, plan, key deliverables, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESThe intern project manager will be closely guided to understand business requirements, establish the project charter with key deliverables, create and manage project plans and govern it to complete the project on time, budget and per expected quality. It is very important to adopt, Agile Methodology, with focus on faster time to market DevSecOps ways of technology implementation Learn to do Project Management:Assist in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and assess demand to execute strategic plans.Support quality control on the project through the development lifecycle to maintain expected standards.Help coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Monitor project progress under supervision, identify risks and issues, and learn to implement mitigation strategies.Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and evaluation of project performance. The key responsibilities might include.Assist in collaborating with stakeholders and team to deliver the project.Support scheduling and leading daily scrum calls and weekly status calls.Publish weekly status reports highlighting key accomplishments.Identify potential risks proactively and propose mitigation plans under guidance.Collaborate with project manager for timely communications to all stakeholders and drive adoption of the solution.Track and report committed Business Value Delivery. Communication:Assist with development and delivery of training materials to upskill employees on new technologies and processes.Produce communication materials as needed to educate people.Communicate with stakeholders and leadership team on the project status under supervision.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT     Boston, NJ or NY with 20-25 % travel on a need basis.
