We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain shopping centers in Weston. This full-time position requires hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, construction.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and general construction.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities.

Conduct pressure cleaning to maintain property appearance.

Requirements:

Experience in electrical, plumbing, and construction work.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work one to two weekends per month, if needed.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
