Looking for a super skilled trim carpenter

I am looking for an extremely skilled trim carpenter for custom closets, custom pantries, custom mud rooms, and more. I am not looking for daily laborers, and I am not looking to sub out work. I am looking for a (permanent employee ) If you are looking to come work for me and also keep your business then keep looking Because I don't need you I need somebody that is going to show up every day and do what they say that they're going to do and moore

Requirements :

Must have a vehicle.

& Must have some tools.

Must have 10- 15 years min experience

The pay depends on experience - dependability - speed and accountability.
