Experienced Roofer Needed

I am a licensed roofer and I need an experienced roofer for metal roofs, trailer coating and basic repairs. I have a small team of grunt workers already but I need assistance for when I can't be there. I need someone who confidently knows what they're doing but can also adapt to the way I do things.
