Seeking Legal Counsel for immediate Hiring

- Provide day-to-day legal counsel to CEO for Real Estate and Compliance Division

- Provided ongoing legal guidance for new business-related ventures

- Prepare various legal including closings, promissory notes, confidentiality/nondisclosure agreements

- Prepare loan documents, buy/sell agreements of commercial real estate transaction.

This is in office position. Hybrid could be offers 3-6 months.
