Customer Service Coordinator

Outstanding agricultural pest control company seeks Customer Service Coordinator to be responsible for managing the day-to-day customer service requests, new account setup, and service issue resolution. This position will work alongside additional customer service representatives (CSR) from other departments, work closely with field and operations managers, and ensure the smooth execution of service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage incoming service requests and issues via email and telephone.

-Correspond with property managers and other homeowners to address service issues and communicate resolutions effectively.

-Schedule incoming work requests in a timely manner through Company application.

-Provide desk coverage when another CSR is absent from work and / or on vacation.

Qualifications:

-must be proficient in composing professional email correspondence

-must be able to effectively communicate with clients via telephone

-must be able to multi-task with multiple service requests coming in simultaneously

-must be detail oriented and organized

The work hours for the position are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
