Analyze bid documents

Quantity take-offs

Bluebeam & Planswift

Fluent in MS Office programs

Prepare cost estimates

Write proposal notes & qualifications

Submit cost estimates to client

Estimate time, labor, and construction materials

Prepare written proposals and budgets
