This position includes working with other team members on large projects as well as the opportunity to design and manage smaller projects. Minimum Qualifications:

4-year architectural college degree from an accredited U.S. college or university

3 years minimum architectural work experience with a firm

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Outlook, Word and Excel

Excellent work ethic; exhibits sound, practical, professional judgment at all times.

Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team environment

Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills

Ability to produce design and construction documents in an accurate and timely manner

Ability to coordinate with other team members and consultants

Beneficial Additional Skills:

Experience working on K-12 or higher educational projects

Good design skills; ability to assist with design and design development of projects

Skilled in the use of Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-up, Lumion and similar software

Ability to develop technical details

Knowledge of the permitting process through the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and/or City of San Diego

Knowledge of California Building Code, Title 24. Americans with Disabilities Act

An individual working toward their Architectural License welcome
