Architectural Designer needed to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities: Schematic Design / Design Development, As-Builts, Renderings, Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations, Collaborate with other design professionals / consultants, Oversee construction to ensure the design is executed properly

Education and experience A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field; Min 3 years of full time architectural design experience; A portfolio that showcases design abilities

Skills: Revit, Lumion, etc, Knowledge of design principles, building codes, and materials, Creative vision, Ability to develop innovative and practical designs
