Organic Farm Looking For Awesome People

I run a small, organic farm in Kilauea and I am looking for some more help. We grow mostly vegetables, but are also growing some flowers and other botanicals as well. We use only organic practices, and have a wonderful time growing amazing food for the community on island.

You can create your own schedule, and have your days/hours catered to whatever fits your needs and lifestyle. I'm mostly looking for help harvesting, breaking down and prepping beds to plant, and hand transplanting.

This is a great opportunity to learn and grow with a small, employee focused local farm. No experience farming needed. I start everyone out at $20/hr, and once you can perform most of the tasks autonomously and proficiently, I'll pay you $25/hr. Lots of opportunity for profit sharing and other incentives as well. Take home all the farm produce you want. I'm looking for someone to start part time, but it could evolve into a full time position for the right person. Let's grow together!
