Pay:$16 to $17/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience:

2 years of kitchen experience desired

2 years of manufacturing experience desired

Education:High school diploma or GED preferred.

Job Description:

Prepare all products according to cook sheets and specifications.

Read and execute core recipes accurately.

Maintain all cook logs, reports, and required documents.

Utilize slow business periods for cleaning or prepping food.

Contribute to the creative process in the kitchen.

Assist with ordering products, organizing storage areas, and assigning cleaning projects.

Ensure all products comply with federal and state regulations.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, policies, and procedures.

Position Requirements:

High standards for food quality and personal performance.

Ability to work on feet for 8 hours or more per day.

Excellent mathematical, reading, and writing skills.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift.
