Line cook at Tex Mex Restaurant 2 years experience

We are looking for an experienced culinary professional.

La Industria is located in Tualatin. We specialize in famous Tex-Mex dishes from Enchiladas, Chile Rellenos, and Flautas. We also have our smokers going day and night to produce amazing brisket, pork, and ribeye to make the best tacos in town with house made tortillas!

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable person to join our kitchen team. Criteria include:

Preparing food in a fast paced Tex-Mex scratch kitchen

Good knife skills

Strong organizational skills.

Minimum 2 years experience is preferred.
