Seabird, flagship location of the Hitchcock Restaurant Group, is looking to add a weekend (part-time) steward/dishwasher to their back of house team. This applicant should be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings.

Our restaurant group is dedicated to creating an outstanding dining experience from food to service and everything in between. We are currently searching for someone who holds the same high standards we do:

-Punctual, patient, and mindful

-Good team player

-The ability to multi-task and work well in a high-volume work environment

For this role specifically:

-No Experience is Necessary

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

-Have a "yes chef" attitude and be able to take direction well

This would be a great opportunity for someone with an interest in learning in a highly skilled kitchen, as our stewards often graduate to prep or line cook roles with hands-on training. Please be neat, clean, organized, and able to work standing. Our kitchen is in full view of the dining room and may require some interaction with guests.
