Sewing boat upholstery

I need someone who can sew boat upholstery and hopefully install it also. I would supply a good walking foot machine and you could work from your home on the sewing but would have to come to LaBelle some days to install the upholstery I could use someone full-time or part-time how would pay 25 to 35 an hour depending on experience
