Position: Field Refurbishment Technician with Potential for Advancement

Location: Based in Fort Meade, FL with travel around Southeast Region (Extensive Road Travel Required on Weekdays Only)

Job Type: Full-Time, Road-Based Work

Pay: Starting at $15/hour with guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week. Raises are available for excellent performance, typically starting within 1-3 months of employment. Overtime pay at time and a half is available for any work over 40 hours per week.

Start Date: March 17 or 24

Responsibilities:

Travel extensively across the Southeast, mostly Florida, on weekdays to perform refurbishment of generator cabinets.

Engage in physically demanding, hands-on work, including cleaning, painting, and repairing metal cabinets to ensure high-quality results.

Work outside large retail centers, often in challenging weather conditions (not rain, but typically hot), to complete refurbishment tasks.

Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Use company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.

Demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn, with opportunities to advance to a supervisory role based on performance and initiative.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 25 years old.

Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no outstanding traffic violations.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively on weekdays, often staying on the road for extended periods.

Physical ability to work outside and in various weather conditions, often under the hot sun.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to performing physically demanding labor.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desire and ability to learn new skills and grow within the company, with the potential to advance to a supervisory role.
