Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has $600 billion in Assets Under Management and 5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.As a Vice President, Banking Product Specialist within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will work with various teams to enhance the product, platform, and the advisor/client experience for the Wealth Management Banking product suite. You will strive to ensure that Advisors have access to a strong, competitive platform that delivers a best in class client experience and will partner with key stakeholders to focus on the prioritization and delivery of these key initiatives.Job Responsibilities
Run the bank and/or change-the-bank initiatives that will advance and/or harmonize the Banking product experience through partnership with key stakeholders such as Tech Product, Operations, Service, Digital, and desktop teams, as well as Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Representing the voice of the Advisor and the Client when developing new technology, product, or platform enhancements
Drive requirements gathering, definition and documentation to the required levels of quality and specificity including capturing business needs, technical needs, dependencies, testing necessities and approval
Quantify market opportunities to set prioritization of key deliverables
Provide general support on key initiatives, including but not limited to process development, project planning , product management, and communications development
Serve as subject matter expert on product offering, including team representative on firm workstreams and initiatives
Participate in projects related to productivity improvements, compliance, and other matters as needed
Liaise across the firm as appropriate, establishing and maintaining partnerships with LOB specific product, technology, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, finance, and operations partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
6+ years of financial services product or project management experience; banking and lending experience
Bachelor's degree required
Superior communication skills; ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects end to end
Ability to actively work within a team environment while driving accountability from key stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate and synopsize data for decision-making
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint
Familiarity with IT project work - writing requirements, partnering on testing plans, and holding partners accountable to deliver solutions that meet all business needs
