Needed: Carpentry skills and Handyman skills

I have at least 6 months of full-time work for an individual. The hours are flexible so I can work with other commitments you may have but I would like to get at least 30 hours a week.

Now I need someone to help me go through a couple purchased properties, in rough shape, and get them rent ready. I have plenty of other projects after that. All work is in the Roanoke Garden City area.

You need to be able to work unsupervised or with me if you need an extra hand. I have a lot of materials that I like to use where possible. I also have a lot of tools but if you have your own tools that is definitely a plus.

I pay 20 dollars an hour cash at the end of each day. If you are interested, and have good handyman and carpentry skills, we would try to work a couple days first and see how it goes for both of us.
