We’re on the hunt for a Staff Accountant / Bookkeeping Expert who’s got the skills, attention to detail, and personality to fit our high-performing (but fun) team. We are a team of accounting + tax experts coming from big firms that craved a new way of working hard but allowed for stress free time away and fun.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

️ Maintain accurate financial records for multiple small business clients

️ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to keep books squeaky clean

️ Prepare financial statements that actually make sense (and help clients make smart decisions)

️ Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance tasks

️ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis

️ Communicate with clients—explaining numbers in a way that doesn’t make their eyes glaze over

️ Work independently while staying connected with the team for collaboration and support
