Support Staff (Host, Bus, Togo)

Japango on Pearl Street is seeking an exceptional new team member. Our support staff includes our hosts, expo, bussing and togo department each position can be filled separately or candidates can rotate between some or all positions. A strong ability to multitask as well as calm and clear communication under stress are essential. Applicants must possess: a great attitude, sense of urgency, reliability and impeccable attention to cleanliness.

In any given shift our team is responsible for: greeting guests, managing seating charts, reservations, wait-list organization, receiving and packaging carryout-out orders, fielding general phone calls, acting as an expo, or maintaining the cleanliness of dining room and bar.
