Residental/Vacation Home Cleaning (Inside and Outside)

We are looking for someone (or a couple) to clean and organize vacation homes! Most homes are 2 beds, 2 baths, with an enclosed patio and attached storage shed. We are looking for someone that is reliable, has great attention to detail, and will take the time to do the job right the first time! The average time per home is about 5 hours, and we pay $100 per home. Every home will be different (both good and bad), so you'll need a positive attitude to always see the big picture! All Cleaning Must Be Done During Daylight Hours

You'll have to bring your own supplies, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a criminal background check. This is perfect for someone semi retired that wants to keep active and get out of the house.

INSIDE CLEANING:

SHOP VAC: Inside All Cabinets, Closets, along Baseboards, Furniture, and Blinds

Clean All Appliances, Including the Washer and Dryer

Wash Windows on the Inside

Usual/Regular Cleaning and Dusting of All Rooms Throughout

OUTSIDE CLEANING:

Walk around home clean up anything that is out of place: pull weeds, trim bushes, rake leaves, straighten blocks, some homes might need pressure washing in some areas, and the lawn mowed.
