Handyman/Carpenter/Superintendent

Building a house. Drywall is finished. Need someone who can finish the house by himself (with me helping on weekends and a helper/assistant, who I have a budget for for about 4 weeks). It's approximately 11 weeks of work for $16,500, with a $2,250 bonus if we finish on time. My lease and builders risk insurance are running out so the last couple weeks will be siding (outside) after the Certificate of Occupancy is in-hand and I've moved in. Payments are per-task. Work faster = earn faster, work slower = earn slower. I'm not paying for time spent, only for results. I have a calendar and a payment schedule for you to review but this should be doable.

Must be able to perform these scopes:

Paint, wood floors, tile floors, tile shower and backsplash, cabinet hanging, handrails, door setting, door/window/baseboard trim, drywall patching, etc. [I have an electrician, plumber, HVAC guy, security contractor, & countertop installer]

I have some a lot of tools, but I don't think I'll hire anyone who doesn't already have most of the tools needed (as that indicates you've done this work enough to be proficient with them). If there is any scope you're not an expert in, that's okay. We'll get it done.

Need someone with reliable transportation, good craftsmanship, and common sense.
