JOB TYPE:

On-Call/ Part Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks for residential, vacation rental, and commercial properties

Handle minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, and painting work, and guest issues as needed

Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance

Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Communicate effectively with management to convey issues and suggested solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must live in Koloa/Poipu area

Experience as a handyman or similar role

Knowledge of various trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Must be able to lift heavy objects as needed
