Experienced RV Technician - Flat Rate $45-60 Per Hour

MUST HAVE STRONG ELECTRICAL & DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RV repair, electrican diagnosis, & Mechanical Repair, with their own tools. Tech will recieve flat rate pay per billable hour ranging from $45-60 per hour billed plus productivity bonus.

We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV systems, generators and coach body repairs. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful RV Tech will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. What You’ll Do:

Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers

Perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, Hvac Repairs.

Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements

Keep supervisor appraised of work progress

Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor.

Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician or similar role in a dealership or automotive repair setting.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems in RVs.

Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.

Experience in tire service, welding, air brake systems, and automotive electrical systems is highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A valid driver's license is required.
