Maintenance tech needed $20/$28 per hour

Sunset Development is a growing company and needs skilled techs for facility maintenance, applicants must have some plumbing, electrical, and metal work experience, must be able to lift 50 + pounds, work from a ladder or scaffold, work overhead, and perform without hinderance in activities that involve repetitive reaching, stretching, squatting, kneeling, and or bending. must be able to work in varied climate conditions, above all a candidate must be able to safely perform the duties and responsibilities normally and reasonably expected of a worker in their position. applicants must have reliable truck and basic tools required, applicants must be able to work with a team or alone , this position works from part time (29) to full time (40) hours with gas allowance, be able to work the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas, this is a 1099 position , Pay will be based off skills.
