Oasis Marketing Solutions is a state of the art Inbound and Outbound call center with a nationwide home based agent presence. Because of 15 years of strong client relationships we are experiencing rapid growth within our client care division.

We are now adding two Jr. Business Consultant will work to prospect new business inquiries and assist business owners to access working capital. Utilizing their telephone sales skills and understanding of small businesses, Business Consultants look to convert qualified leads into happy clients. In addition, they will work with other business units to facilitate the funding process.

Essential Job Functions

Outbound calling to business owners that have inquired about potential funding for their business

Use consultative selling approach to discuss and educate prospects about the financing solutions

Work with prospects to understand their business goals

Obtain applications and collect financial documentation from prospective clients

Work in collaboration with Seniors to be sure they received the proper documents

Effective use of email and phone calls to stay in touch with leads with a goal of future funding

Non-Essential Job Functions

Excellent verbal communication skills

Use of Google Suite is a plus

Proficient typing skills and computer skills

Proven track record of sales experience, professional attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent organizational abilities to multi-tasking, prioritize and manage time effectively
