Location: Minneapolis and 7 county metro area

Bravo Restorations is a trusted and established roofing and siding company serving residential and commercial clients in the Minneapolis area. We are looking for experienced, reliable, and motivated roofing and siding crews to join our team as independent contractors.

Job Description:

As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofing and siding systems while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Quality is our #1 priority, this should be yours as well.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain roofing and siding systems for residential and commercial properties.

Cover areas of concern such as shrubs, siding, small trees, etc. with tarps or nets.

Provide accurate estimates and project timelines.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Communicate clearly with project managers to ensure smooth job completion.

Manage your own tools and equipment needed to perform the work.

Key Requirements:

Proven Experience: Strong background in roofing and siding installation and repair.

Independence: Ability to manage your own business operations, including providing tools and equipment.

Licensing & Insurance: Must hold a valid business license and proper insurance coverage.

Self-Driven: Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and control your own schedule.

Teamwork: While independent, you must work well with a team when needed and maintain strong communication.

Compliance with MN 14-Factor Test: All contractors must comply with Minnesota’s independent contractor classification under the new 14-factor test starting March 1, 2025. This includes operating as a separate business entity, controlling your own work process, managing financial risk, and more.
