Senior Marketing Manager US
Become part of the team We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join PA’s Global Marketing Team in the US. Reporting to the  US Marketing Lead, you’ll work with teams across Content, PR, Brand, Digital, and Design to create and deliver impactful campaigns in two of our key markets; Transport and Life Sciences. This role focuses on driving brand growth, client engagement, and revenue. We have a long history of supporting Pharma clients in the US, and this new role will deliver important campaigns to strengthen our relationships and create and amplify our content and event strategies. The US transport market is a new growth area, building on our success in the UK and Europe in transit and aviation. The role will help shape new campaigns to demonstrate how we partner with clients to deliver innovation and transformation.  The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing, a proven track record of delivering campaigns, and the ability to adapt to a range of projects—from long-term strategies to urgent tasks. Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on PA’s growth.  Responsibilities Campaign management: Deliver impactful campaigns that build PA’s brand, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery while optimizing performance through insights. Digital marketing: Collaborate with digital specialists to create effective buyer journeys, manage sector web pages, email campaigns, paid ads, webinars, and newsletters for transport and life sciences. Content creation: Work with experts to develop thought leadership pieces for target accounts and broader audiences. Value propositions: Help articulate high-value business propositions and create promotional materials. Social media: Develop LinkedIn and Haiilo content, mentoring consultants to enhance their online presence. Stakeholder engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to US transport consultants, fostering strong internal relationships. Event planning: Organize key events, both owned and sponsored. CRM management: Support database growth, track client data, and deliver targeted marketing programs. Brand advocacy: Ensure all activities align with PA’s brand and purpose, acting as a proactive ambassador. Operational reporting: Manage budgets and KPIs across sectors, regions, and global marketing. US marketing support: Contribute to broader US marketing initiatives as needed.
