What You’ll Do:

Conduct property showings for both sales and rentals

Handle non-exclusive showings and rental applications

Assist with buyer representation and identifying properties that match client needs

Maintain and update CRM daily – adding and following up with new leads

Conduct follow-up calls with rental and sales prospects

Participate in a daily 15-minute Zoom meeting to address scheduling and updates

What We’re Looking For:

️ Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson License


️ Proactive & Professional with Strong Communication Skills


️ Reliable Car for Showings – A MUST!


️ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Social Media Platforms, and CRM tools
