Daily duties include greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, and delivering food to customers. Our ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma or Equivalent , be bilingual, highly organized, and possess great interpersonal skills.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesTake orders, prepare, pick up, and serve food from kitchenEnsure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food regulations in accordance with health department standards and Food Service ManualPrepare tables for opening and maintain side work before, during, and after serviceAttend to customers upon entrance and leaving The DinerPresent menus and help customers select food/beveragesCollaborate with other diner servers, bussers, hosts, and kitchen staffRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsMay be asked to work overtime and/or weekendsProvide direction for the Front of the HouseAttend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvementSupport the mission, goals and objectives of Meals on Wheels People, Inc.Other duties as assignedMeals on Wheels People is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
