Print Shop looking for an efficient & speedy person to join our team

Hello! Our small business print shop is looking to add a reliable, talented human being to our team! This part-time position is great for someone who has a great eye for detail and the ability to stay tidy and organized. Please read on to learn more about our business, and other details about the position.

To preface, we would like to emphasize our business is definitely a fast-paced business at times, which may not be a good fit for everyone, we are looking for folks who have experience in that type of environment. Heavy emphasis on ability to multitask, working efficiently, and strong abilities in managing a workload. We are a small team and business, and would prefer to add someone to the team who is accustomed to that type of environment. We want to be upfront about this, so we can find someone who is interested in this type of work ♡

The position entails joining a team of folks who do a shared rotation of the tasks below. Please note you will slowly learn the following tasks and will be trained on how to do them, our business also has lots of SOPs to reference :)

Shipping orders

Quality control for printed artwork

Packaging up orders

Breaking down the cut-out product

We process so much wonderful and beautiful artwork every day! Please note our printing business falls under the realm of manufacturing, let us know if you are familiar with that type of work :)

The team you will be working with is 7 people in size, and the whole team altogether is 16 people. The shifts are 3 days a week and would be Monday - Wednesday. Our biz features a flexible work time start, so the shifts begin 8 - 9:30 am depending on your preference. Shifts are 8 hours long from start time.

Our shop is located in the Brooklyn neighborhood, right off the Orange max line. There is also ample parking lot parking available for those who drive.

Other miscellaneous tasks include sweeping at the end of the day and taking trash out. Please note you must be comfortable with being on your feet for extended amounts of time. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
