Key Responsibilities:

Fulfillment Management:

-Oversee the fulfillment function, including inbound and outbound

-Ensure processes and standards are executed smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

Team Leadership:

-Direct and supervise the Warehouse workers

-Oversee hiring, performance management, evaluations, coaching, scheduling, and training.

Customer Care Management:

-Oversee the customer care function, ensuring exceptional service and efficient operations.

Hands-On Support:

-Occasionally perform duties of the Warehouse Workers to stay engaged with daily operations and provide support during peak times or

staff shortages.

-Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or customer care environment.

-Strong organizational and time-management skills.

-A hands-on, adaptable approach with the ability to multitask.

-Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

-A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
