Scheduler | Planner for Service Engineers (Medical)

Job Summary

Carrot Medical has an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our team as a Resource Planner. Responsibilities include coordinating Field Service Engineer’s (FSE) schedules, monitoring daily reports, develop and improve long-term resource plans and strategies to ensure efficient and smooth operations for our field team.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Schedule and dispatch Work Orders (WO) to FSE via phone and/or email

Ensure all information in a WO is accurate and update as needed

Plan and assess employee hours spent on WO’s and create effective weekly schedules

Identify planning issues and identify a solution with minimal supervision

Act as the main point of contact for WO exception letters and escalations

Excellent interpersonal, organizational & customer service skills

Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Minimum (1) years of scheduling and/or dispatching is desired

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) Programs

Experience in Salesforce.com and/or ServiceMax is a plus

Experience in QuickBooks
