Marketplace Listing & order processing specialist

We are a growing international e-commerce business seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team. If you have experience in order fulfillment, product listing management, and e-commerce operations, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

We are hiring both part-time and full-time team members to support our daily e-commerce operations. This role involves processing orders, managing shipping logistics, and optimizing product listings across multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Fulfillment – Ensure timely and accurate order shipments through platforms such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and ShipStation.

Product Listing Management – Create, update, and optimize listings on marketplaces e/g following but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

Shipping & Logistics – Coordinate domestic and international shipping, manage tracking, and handle VAT/customs requirements.

Vendor Research & Purchasing – Assist with sourcing products, comparing pricing, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Marketing & SEO (Optional) – Support social media promotions and improve product visibility through keyword research and SEO.

Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, listing management , tractable record/proof is must.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL, ShipStation) and international shipping, VAT, and customs is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

Bonus: Experience with SEO, social media marketing, or vendor negotiations.
