HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR A TOWNHOUSE IN CALABASAS

We are looking for an energetic Housekeeper, who can communicate in English for our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse in Calabasas.

Working hours are 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Once / Week - Tuesday or Thursday

Pay $126

Cleaning supplies are provided

Responsibilities:

Change bed sheets

Fold laundry

Vacuum

Dust all surfaces

Clean small balcony

Clean outdoor patio.

Steam-clean all wood floor surfaces , kitchen & bathrooms

Clean two bathrooms

Clean kitchen (appliances - stove, microwave, electric appliances )

Swipe the garage

2 x year - wash windows

Once/year - clean all kitchen cabinetry on the inside or as needed

The housekeeper has to have:

Own transportation

Experience with townhomes

Do housekeeping as a primary job

Good references from another family

Be able to work independently without constant supervision and direction

Energetic demeanour - our place has stairways
