Salon Station for Rent in Beautiful Hermosa Beach

I’m looking for some wonderful new stylists to join my team at Studio 822! The salon is located at 822 Hermosa Ave. only one block from the ocean and close to the pier with lots of shops and restaurants. We have a/c and heat, a Kitchen/workspace area and an awesome outdoor common area where clients can relax or you can get a lunch break. We have water, coffee, tea and snacks for clients as well as towels and capes. I've absolutely enjoyed all my years at this salon and I know you will too.

The salon has 7 chairs currently and I offer a great discount on part time and full time when you sign a 1 year lease.

4 Day: $1125

3 Day: $875

2 Day: $625

With 6 Month Contract

Full-Time: $1150

4 Day: $1025

3 Day: $775

2 Day: $525

With 1-Year Contract

Full-Time: $1000

4 Day: $875

3 Day: $650

2 Day: $450

If you sign a 1-year contract or 6-month contract and need to add an occasional day to your schedule, the daily rate is $75.

I don’t have any commission stylists but if you are interested in a commission set up I might be able to accommodate that.

There are 5 "first come, first serve" parking spots available in the alley behind the salon for clients which really helps on the busy weekends. There is meter parking right in front of the salon also. Stylists need to obtain their business license from Hermosa Beach and keep it on display with their cosmetology license as well as liability insurance prior to your start date.
