Bilingual tradesman with experience

Looking to add a couple of guys to my crew that have some experience with framing, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical etc 2-3yrs of experience is highly recommended. I’m only looking for people who can handle feedback and are willing to learn/grow. Must meet our core values (integrity, hardworking,humility, and positive) Also hoping to find someone bilingual and someone who has their own reliable transportation. Must have tools. Pay negotiable based on experience. Looking to add to crew asap. Must have references as well. Will start on trial basis to determine good fit.
