CPA needed immediately

Our small CONSTRUCTION company is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper or CPA to join our team. (If you are a bookkeeper -The ideal candidate will have an existing relationship with an accountant who can certify their work/financials). Initially, we require your expertise onsite at our office for a couple of weeks to catch up on our 2024 financials in QuickBooks. Additionally, we need ongoing monthly services throughout 2025/2026.

Responsibilities:

- Reconcile and update 2024 financial records in QuickBooks

- Provide ongoing monthly financial services for 2025

- Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date

- Review current financial protocol and recommended any necessary change

Qualifications:

- Experience in bookkeeping, in the construction sector

- Proficient in QuickBooks

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work onsite for the initial two-week period
