Office Assistant handles organizational and administrative tasks. Their role might involve organizing files, scheduling meetings and managing calendars, writing and proofreading, emailing, welcoming guests, in addition to supporting the Office Manager.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assists with vendor issues and/or requests (english/spanish)
- Assists in handling client requests and concerns (english/spanish)
- Scheduling appointments and following-up
- Support the office manager
- English and spanish phone calls
- English and spanish letters and emails
Office Assistant Requirements:
- 1 year (minimum) of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in customer service
- Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Good phone skills, with a clear speaking voice
- Good verbal and written communication (Spanish/English)
MUST SPEAK SPANISH
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-organization
- Paying attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
