Counter Parts Sales Associate

We are seeking a Counter Sales Associate to become a member of our great team. You will be providing customer service and selling motorcycle products and merchandise in a retail setting. This position is full time Tuesday thru Saturday 9am til 5pm.

Responsibilities Include:

Welcome and identify customer needs

Explain products and services to customers

Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

Enter and process customer orders

Investigate and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills

Previous automotive sales / service experience

Ability to build rapport with customers
