Help Me Manage & Scale My E-commerce Business

I am looking for an all around employee who will help me manage and develop processes for organizing and scaling my e-commerce business.

First thing first would be managing inventory, processing and shippings orders.

But there’s so much more in terms of customer service, photography, and marketing.

I don’t know the current hourly rate for someone decent but I’ll pay atleast $20/hr and will pay more if you’re worth it.
