Job Overview:

FE Medical Center is seeking a charismatic and results-driven Patient Outreach Coordinator to enhance patient engagement and community outreach. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a background in sales or customer service, and a deep understanding of community engagement. Candidates with extensive professional and life experience (60+ preferred) who can connect with a diverse patient population are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders.

Engage in community outreach efforts, including attending and coordinating local events.

Build relationships with potential patients, organizations, and healthcare providers to promote FE Medical Center's services.

Address patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and medical procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.

Assist in patient retention efforts by ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

Track and report patient engagement metrics to improve outreach strategies.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in patient outreach, sales, or healthcare administration preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Charismatic and confident in engaging with patients and community members.

Ability to travel locally for outreach events and community engagement.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A deep understanding of community engagement and patient care, ideally gained through extensive work experience.

Candidates 60+ are strongly encouraged to apply.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is beneficial.
