YOKOCHO - Lunch Service Line Person Needed

Lunch team needed for Yokocho, located at 167 N Green St. West Loop of Chicago. Sister concept to Sushi Dokku, located across the street.

9am-2:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Prep, Setup, Service, and Breakdown.

We are looking for a strong, organized line person to make Japanese Sandos, Donburi Rice Bowls, and Sushi Handrolls.

Must be able to multi-task and work with one or two other people to get through the rush.
