Responsibilities

Prepare and mix ingredients to create various types of dough, including bread, rolls, and other specialty items.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.

Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and notifying management of supply needs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in pastry or baking roles, is preferred.

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Ability to handle food safely and effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
